We live in the world in which we can see various examples of what we call "a success", however,
we hardly ever think about what it is, we do not think how we can achieve it,
we do not realise that it is not easy to attain it and that it does not last to the end of our lives.
To score a success, you have to have dreams which can come true and change into a success.
When you are highly successful, you have to do everything to keep this state because you may not have another chance in the future.
There are some factors which contribute to a constant development and enable any undertaking to last in the future: appropriate political and economic conditions promoting initiative and competition.
A clever idea, imagination, belief in what we do, persistence and devotion to what we do, and then hard work and a speck of good luck can lead to a success.
A typical example is the KWAL company which was founded in August in 1983 in Oleśnica. An idea of a friend was the source of the inspiration for taking a vital decision and taking a risk to run own business. A one-person workshop came into existence, it produced from deciduous wood handmade carvings for the door that was widely used on the local market by neighbouring workshops producing and renovating furniture. When in 1989 there were crucial political and economic changes, the company had a firm position thanks to its wise investments and saving money. A shocking therapy of economy restructuring introduced by the minister Leszek Balcerowicz could not harm it. Just the opposite, it helped the company.
